Terms & Conditions
These terms apply specifically to candidate participation in the Global Talent Bridge BPO assessment portal and its profile review, evaluation, and role-guidance process.

Evaluation Process
Profile and category review, communication assessment, interview assessment, and suitability evaluation may form part of the assessment journey. Any later assessment step depends on the outcome of each applicable stage.

Role-Suitability Guidance
Role guidance reflects profile information, communication, experience, availability, work preferences, and assessment performance. It is guidance only and does not represent an offer, vacancy, or employment decision.

Accurate Candidate Information
Candidates must provide true, complete, and accurate details. False qualifications, misleading work history, fake documents, impersonation, or materially incorrect information may lead to removal from the assessment process.

Candidate Communication
Global Talent Bridge may contact candidates by email or phone regarding profile review, acknowledgements, assessments, interview assessments, status updates, and role-suitability guidance.

Assessment Integrity
Candidates must follow assessment instructions and use their own accurate profile information. Where an assessment requests camera, microphone, or device permissions, those permissions are used to enable the applicable assessment step.

Agreement to the Assessment Process
By uploading a profile or continuing through the BPO assessment portal, the candidate confirms that they understand and agree to these terms and to assessment-related review of their submitted information.
