These terms apply specifically to candidate participation in the Global Talent Bridge BPO Hiring Zone and its screening, evaluation, and opportunity-matching process.

No Guarantee of Selection

Submitting a candidate profile, completing a screening assessment, or participating in an interview does not guarantee shortlisting, client selection, a job offer, or placement.

Evaluation Process

Communication screening, interview rounds, profile review, and recruiter evaluation may form part of the BPO hiring process. Progression depends on the outcome of each applicable stage.

Opportunity and Client Requirements

Available opportunities depend on candidate fit, communication, experience, availability, work preferences, screening performance, and the requirements and decisions of the relevant hiring client.

Accurate Candidate Information

Candidates must provide true, complete, and accurate details. False qualifications, misleading work history, fake documents, impersonation, or materially incorrect information may lead to rejection or removal from the hiring process.

Candidate Communication

Global Talent Bridge may contact candidates by email or phone regarding profile review, acknowledgements, assessments, interviews, status updates, and relevant hiring opportunities.

Role and Working Conditions

Salary, incentives, role responsibilities, shift timing, work location, remote or hybrid availability, joining requirements, and employment terms depend on the specific client opportunity and may change based on business requirements.

Agreement to the BPO Hiring Process

By uploading a profile or continuing through the BPO Hiring Zone process, the candidate confirms that they understand and agree to these terms and to recruitment-related review of their submitted information.
