We may collect candidate profile information, contact details, location, education and experience details, work preferences, shift and remote-work preferences, salary expectations, uploaded resumes or CVs, and any career notes provided through the BPO Candidate Profile form.
The assessment portal may include communication assessment responses, assessment results, interview-assessment responses, evaluation notes, status updates, and other information needed to review candidate readiness and suitability.
Candidate information is used for profile and category review, communication assessment, suitability evaluation, interview-assessment coordination, candidate communication, and career alignment guidance.
Global Talent Bridge may use the submitted email address or phone number to send acknowledgements, assessment instructions, interview-assessment updates, status information, and role-guidance communication.
Candidate data is not publicly displayed. Relevant information may be reviewed by authorized assessment personnel only for assessment evaluation, role-suitability review, and career alignment guidance.
