Responsibilities
- Manage upload calendars, titles, thumbnails, descriptions, and publishing checklists.
- Coordinate editors, researchers, and designers to keep videos moving through production.
- Track performance signals and prepare concise weekly channel updates.
- Maintain creative briefs and ensure feedback is implemented before release.
Requirements
- 2+ years managing YouTube channels, creator operations, or digital content workflows.
- Strong understanding of retention, packaging, and audience expectations.
- Excellent organization and ability to work across time zones.
