The client needs an on-site SaaS Inside Sales Representative to support inbound lead handling, outbound follow-up, and CRM-based sales activity. The client wants someone who can learn a product, understand a buyer's problem, and explain value in simple language. You do not need to be a developer; you need to be sharp, consistent, and coachable. English communication is essential. Responsibilities
- Support account executives with discovery notes, proposal follow-up, and buyer coordination
- Attend or assist in product demonstrations where required
- Prepare account summaries before sales meetings

- Maintain professional communication with prospects and internal teams
- Learn the SaaS sales cycle from prospecting to close under senior guidance
