Full job description

Global Talent Bridge is hiring for our client in the SaaS sector. The client needs an on-site SaaS Sales Operations Assistant to support sales operations, CRM updates, pipeline visibility, and internal sales support. The team wants someone who can communicate like a human, keep CRM notes clean, and follow up at the right time. The role has a strong performance culture but does not require years of senior sales experience. English communication is essential. The role is designed as a serious entry-to-mid sales path, with clear room to grow if performance and attitude are strong. For the right candidate, this opportunity can lead to future promotion into account executive, senior SDR, account management, partnerships, or team lead responsibilities. Responsibilities

  • Speak with potential customers to understand pain points and current workflows
  • Introduce the SaaS product as a possible solution where there is a real fit
  • Book qualified meetings and confirm attendance
  • Use CRM tools to track conversations, outcomes, and next actions
  • Meet activity and quality targets without using misleading claims
  • Work closely with sales managers to improve messaging and conversion

Requirements

  • Some experience in sales, telesales, recruitment, retail sales, hospitality, support, or business development is helpful
  • Ability to understand customer problems and explain value clearly
  • Good written communication for email follow-up and CRM notes
  • Resilience when prospects say no or do not respond
  • Interest in software, digital business, or B2B sales careers
  • Willingness to learn scripts, objection handling, and sales tools
