Responsibilities
- Manage daily Discord and Telegram conversations, moderation, and escalation.
- Coordinate announcements, AMAs, education drops, and community campaigns.
- Collect community feedback and report recurring questions or product insights.
- Protect brand trust by enforcing community guidelines and reducing spam.
Requirements
- 1+ year managing crypto, trading, NFT, DAO, or Web3 communities.
- Strong understanding of community trust, scams, and moderation risks.
- Clear written communication and fast response habits.
